No matter what it is, just tell them something is getting replaced and sit back and wait for it! Within a day or two of being told of the pending replacement you will start to hear of all the reasons said item needs replacing. It don't matter what the item is, tell them you are buying a new skillet and for some reason the old one quit working and by God she just can't wait to get the new one! So far in two days I have heard no less than 20 complaints about the Pontiac that I havent heard before this, she is lucky the thing gets her to the store now!
