Got em on my SA 1911. Hate 'em. Looking for some cool exotic wood checkered diamond grips for it.

0311, I have a set like that on my older Glock 20 (10mm). I just recently bought a 3rd generation Glock 20 that has the fingergrooves and I can hardly tell the difference even though one is formed into the polymer and the Hogue is rubber.

Yep, 0311, you lifted that pic from Hogue.
I don't care for them; I go for the slim grip.
But without a Pachmyer grip on my .44 mag, it would have been uncontrolable.

McCormick sells direct, Doug W., shipping included, and will let you specify color.

A note of "borrowing" manufacturer's pics...I tried lifting a gunsafe pic a few days ago during maneofesto's thread...the web page was one big flash file...i could not "tyake it apart" into component URLs like I'm used to doing...one more thing to hack into..

I have both styles at the store... Both are great grips... It depends on which style fits your hand the best..

My Combat Commander came with them right from the Colt custom shop. Great grips. I don't know how people can shoot with those fake wooden or plastic ones they normally put on their handguns. [V]

The grooves are to narrow for my fingers to fit in so I pulled them off my SA V-10. Have Pachmeyers on a lot of my large cal revolvers though.

I have them on my P-90, P-91, P-95 & SP-101. The grips with the finger grooves I modify so they can fit my hand as the finger grooves are too small but other than that they are great.

Pack slow, fall stable, pull high, hit dead center.

I have the Hogue slip-on on my HK Tactical. I like the HK factory grips on the Tactical MUCH more than the neoprene style slip-on, the factory grips are grippier and resist moisture and oils.

However, I put the Hogues on to FATTEN the feel of the pistol. Believe it or not, the rather large Tactical felt small in my hands so I slipped on the Hogue for added girth.

After thinking about it, maybe I'll take it off...

I put some on my Springfield XD-9. I really prefer them on the formed polymer frames like the Glock and the XD because they just feel more controllable. But on the steel frames with traditional grip panels, I don't care for the grips - somehow feels unnatural and overly bulky.

Yessiree, Have them on both of my Sigs, the finger groove grips. They are kind of a pain to install on a Sig because of the decocker.

Put them on my P89T. Now Ruger makes the P89TH that comes with them. They are great. Much better for paws, and I really like the finger grooves.

I guess I am in the minority. I bought Hogues rubber finger grip for my P89 and couldnt stand them. I sold them on ebay and bought Lett inserts for all of my guns and some I dont have yet.

My Colt Defender in .40 had Hogue grips. They felt fine but I got a deal on some Colt escutcheon checkered wood grips and had them exchanged on the piece. The Hogues have a solid platform feel. Who knows? Maybe I'll return to them after shooting season comes and I try the slimmer 1911 feel of the Colt grips.

I have them on my carry gun, a Mk III HP in .40, in on my AR-15 with the one piece Cav Arms Mk II lower. I normally go for the slimmest grip available, but on my Hi Power the grip is already pretty slim so I sacrifice.

I have them on my 1911 and my p-90. I love them. Very comfortable and the finger grooves help with my aiming speed.

Got them and Pachmayr's on all my gun's (not the new Glocks) even on a Colt AR15 [:D] Wife has small hands and does not like fingergrip design, so had to cut the fingergrips on her Pocket Nine, off........ Guess it works good for her and it looks OK on the gun [^]

Actually I think I did have one of those Hogues Trap55. Made my legs go numb if it took a good magazine with[:(!]. Eventually the hinges failed and it was replaced[V]. Was nice on cold mornings though[:I].
