Got an ad in the mail today from Plateau Land and Wildlife.
They advocate managing your land for wildlife and getting the same tax advantages as an Ag valuation.
They say, no real strings, you can do part of your land for Ag and part for wildlife. And you can revoke and go back to Ag at any time, no problem.
Have any of you had any dealings with them, or heard of anyone that has?
