Maybe help from women or wives here.
Look at her photo on Drudge. There is something weird on her right cheek. What is it? My frau thought it was bad makeup. It has moved off Drudge from yesterday, had uneven cheek creases, ragged looking.

She just had some plastic surgery. A face lift and tummy tuck.
I think those captions are reversed. Plastic surgery Should make an Improvement.
Here is my take.
Hillary has a dark soul, she is a nasty person in general. Her intelligence, although great, is misdirected into the control of others for her own gain, she is vengeful. People, especially women, like that age poorly.
She had some nature of stroke a while back and wore the glasses needed to prevent double vision. I have no doubt the area of the brain impacted the most was empathy and love of others. Hillary is a dangerous woman and should never be underestimated.
