He dead lifted 400 pounds yesterday. He is 5'11" and weights 150 pounds. All muscle. Last week he threw me on the couch like I was nothing. I am 5'11" and 200 pounds. man they grow quick. Now if I could teach him to lift up his shoes and move them from in front of the door[:D]
EDIT...Sorry guys, my son said 300 not 400 pounds. Still a lot of weight for a 19 year old kid.

Pitch them out in the yard. Broke two of mine that way.[}:)]
I'm not saying he'll "never know" what hit him.
But it will take a time or two before he figures it out.

My dad is 73 years old he could still kick my *, as I would never raise a hand against him.[^]
he is 6'2' 210 once tried to show off in front of a few friends by challenging me, we locked up and i scooped him up and did a full controlled body slam like he was nothing, and into a wrist lock, 2 of his buddies had flipped out their phones and filmed it
we where in a thrift store once, my oldest was around 20 he was sitting on a couch, there was an aluminium walker close by, i grabed it and walked towards him using it, i said to him , so you think when im old you'll be able to take me? he looked and smiled with aknowlegment, i quickly nailed him in the shin with the walker and told him "youth and skill is never a match for old age and treachery"

My Dad was not very big, but early on he explained that Youth wins through Speed and Strength. Age wins through Cunning and Treachery.
Never trust the oldguys. Some of them have learned a few things, and none of them fight fair. [;)][:D]

My boy decided that he could take me one night. He had me down in the living room but I reached over and grabbed a metal trash can and knocked him in the head. I won. Another time he had me down in the back yard, I grabbed a pecan limb and knocked him in the head. I won. He has not challenged me in a while. Don

If he invites you for a walk on the beach, don't go. [;)]
men who work hard have solid strength, a good grip in the right places can bring anyone down to their knees, and not just their family jewels
My Dad was an "Old School" Country Cop, and if it came down to fighting dirty, he was the best!
400 pounds is impressive.
I benched 250lbs when I was younger but I doubt I could dead lift like He did.
6'2 ' 230 Hvent had to strike but I guy since

I'm serious. They may be frail, weak, dainty little things with an apron baking cookies,
but mess with their grandchild,
You will be in a major shi-storm.
