    NY, NJ and CA are locked for that award. Ohio isn't even in the top 5! [;)]

    I recall a teenage girl in my hometown, Bayonne NJ, in the late 70's spending over a week in a coma because her idiot boyfriend shot her in the temple with a BB-gun.

    Well there will be a lot of us in trouble then as we have posted pictures of our kids, nieces, nephews, grandkids out shooting or with their latest deer or turkey or squirrel with a rifle or pistol in the photo.

    That is in close proximity and could be considered child endangerment by these moronic standards.

    My understanding in the article I read yesterday was that he was not pointing the gun at the child or had against the child. The liberal press would have mentioned that and shown the "horrific" photo.
