Yep, got me a cold, not a real bad one but the annoying kind of cold. The weather here today, while chilly it was one of those days I haven't seen in a long time. No wind, sun shining and temps was right where you almost could get away with no jacket. I'm outside filling the water tub for the horses and it hit me, almost like an emergency. Shut the water off, locked the dog in the kennel, grabbed a jacket and ran for the bike, down the road I went!
Well having a cold and riding a bike can be a problem, wear a helmet to try and keep the wind from agitating the sinuses. I bet we all know what happens inside a helmet when you have a cold and sneeze! Go without a helmet, the way I prefer to ride, I bet we all know what happens to your face at 80MPH with a runny nose.
I don't care, it's worth the hassle, getting the bike out for an hour and blasting down the road feels good. Makes you forget all about having a cold, that is until you get home [:D]
