The kitchen walls and ceiling are DONE and ready for cabinets. I have 3 days to install the tile floor - backer board, 18" tiles and grout - before the cabinet hanger guy arrives. I will go to HD tonight and pick everything up to start tomorrow. Can I do it in time?

Not if you follow the directions. If you use the skim coat under the backerboard you are supposed to let it set for a day. Then you lay the tile and let it set for a day. After grout you let it set for at least a day. Then comes the sealer and you are out of time.

I forgot - I also need to remove the old floor first - 12" stick down tiles. [:(]
