I have a day of smokeing ahead of me to get ready for tomorrows Thanksgiving dinner.

I am doing a turkey breast and a deer roast.

Also being served will be a Deep Fried turkey and ham.

(of course all the trimmings will be there too)

What time should I be there?

You will have to ask my brother. I am taking the stuff to his house.[;)]

Again this year our traditional turkey dinner will be turkey with noodles, mashed taters, a meatloaf, and several other sides. I'm going to spend the day roasting the turkey for the noodles, and mixing the meatloaf. It seems that every time we have a family get together, it's usually my responsibility to do the majority of the cooking.

    Ya mean like this?

    PB260076.jpg

That's a 17.5lb turkey on top, a 20lb ham in the middle, and a picnic ham next to a loin roast on the bottom shelf.

I lit the coals at 0330hrs this morning. It'll probably be done about dinner time.
