This movie was filmed here in the Montgomery area. The set of the town of Specter and Jennies home was built on a local family island on the Alabama river. This family has camping, fishing and boat launces on their island for $5 a car a day.
The film crew were to tear the town down when done filming but for whatever reason they paid the demo/cleanup cost to the family and were to let them take care of it. Well the family didnt tear it down.
So your out there fishing and camping and in the middle of the woods you walk up on the ghost town, very awesome if you didnt know it was there before.
