I couldn't see the name on the badge, pretty neat old cop car.

'62 Biscayne almost certainly. '63 would have had the > tail instead of the \ tail.

Says it's a 62 Bel Air used on The Andy Griffith Show. Andy and Barney only had one patrol car, a Ford Galaxie. Found a website that listed every vehicle that appeared on that show, and that one isn't listed.

That is way cool. The only thing gone is the antenna, off the back.

not a cop car but i had a 59 chevy wagon with a 409 on board...used to pull up to the stop light next to some kid and his ride....old brown wagon with baby seats and go rump de rump...they didn't laugh when all they saw was tail lights...much fun
