say, on some tv interview about the democrats not showing up, if they don't show up I hope they will give us their tickets, we really could use them, they are good seats.......
I think that is what he should have said to Lewis the otherday instead of all this childish bickering.

It was pointed out to me in another thread that it IS NOT childish bickering, it is Trump getting free tv time......

Trump made a couple of tweets suggesting Lewis ought to work more on the terrible conditions in his congressional district.
I am not sure how that constitutes "all this childish bickering", but then I have noticed that there are those who didn't support Trump in the election, who now seem driven to piss and moan about the most petty of things.
TV news or information is NOT worth watching because it has become "IN YOUR FACE PROPAGANDA" and unbelieveable BIAS reporting.
You Tube is the only way a person can get some factual (true) information and that's limited to listening to actual speeches, conferences, interviews and some local news items.
For instance, interview with General Mattox, Feb. 2016. Before he was nominated. What an interview should be. You'll never see this kind of interview on the Main Stream Media programming. The congressional confirmation hearings, LIVE TV or YouTube are pretty good, but a lot of stupid political questions.
Want a little info. on Trumps pick, here is 40 minutes worth. Personally, good questions and impressive answers.

As of now, 60 democrats are skipping the Trump inauguration.Well, looks like a campaign promise kept; the swamp will be much cleaner, at least for a little while, without that scum!!!!!!
If you can't feel the music; it's only pink noise!

'Congressman John Lewis should spend more time on fixing and helping his district, which is in horrible shape and falling apart (not to mention crime infested) rather than falsely complaining about the election results. All talk, talk, talk - no action or results. Sad!'
I would consider this somewhat childish if sent by any member of Congress, so why should Trump get a pass?
Is ending a tweet with some silly comment like 'sad' standard practice for adults?
Not his worst tweet, not his best. I see no problem, however, in attempting to hold our President to a higher standard that what could be expected from a teenage girl.
That said, I continue to support how he has run his transition overall, but hold out hope that a more adult tone will become the norm as he grows into the position.

Specifically, the character play by Tom Hanks in the movie "Big", a 12 year old boy trapped in the body of an adult man. Yep, the Draft Dodger has the same intellectual development level as a prepubescent boy. He really can't help it. I'm sure that his advisors are telling him, "Please hold it down; you need to stop this", but he won't.
At least, it's better than hearing the Unindicted Conspirator's cackle.

Actually, I was thinking teenage boy.

It is far better than Hillary's cackle and Obama's pious pontificating, Neal.

Not that I disagree at all, or even want to defend Trump, but it is possible that the medium being used (which limits the number of characters a person can include) may be part and parcel to the terse and silly inclusion of "sad".
IMO, Trump needs to get the hell off of Twitter.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
