maybe freddy needed to go,maybe not.but it was not the polices right to do it, on that day he ran from them and they acted like a big cat and chases him down. up to that point they had no reason to think he did any thing but run. realy a switch blade knife, how many men-boys do you know who own and carry the quick opening knivies that are as fast as a switch blade. looking at the police and running with a switch blade is not a death sentence. what would you be saying if freddy had no arrest record? for the fun of chasing freddy down and cuffing and stuffing him and giving him a unsecured ride, john Q. public has to pay threw the nose on this one big time. unlawful death and cost of the riot. lover of civil rights mr myopic.

Right now, it appears the story is false, as the settle mentioned was for some made-up damages caused by growing up in an apartment with lead paint.

I would think that most of us grew up around lead paint. Also, most of us remember the transition to unleaded gasoline. At 25 years of age, young Freddie grew up around much less lead than anyone over the age of 40, and yet he and his sister scammed a $ 106,000.00 annuity because of the damage.

Little Freddie, in addition to his difficulties in following the law, was a taker. This settlement is theft from the citizens of Baltimore and/or Maryland, and when added to the context of what was his life further emphasizes that his passing is probably a net positive for the human race and the citizens of Baltimore, Maryland, and the U.S. in general.

Stories are also coming out about the 'rough ride' that was supposedly inflicted upon him. The other detainee in the van seems believe that it did not happen, suggesting that the trauma was inflicted prior to him being placed in the van. He was tackled after he ran. Tackling on pavement can cause injuries.
Freedom and a submissive populace cannot co-exist.

it does seem that when you get big easy money a lot of people don,t want to go back to plain old hard work for a living. and that can be your down fall. but the bill for all that happened and what will be paid out will be several ton,s of tax payer money. mr myopic.

I just wonder, if there is this much rioting when a thug gets offed by the cops, what will it be like if it's an innocent?
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain
