Who do I report SPAM email to??

I am getting emails through the Gunbroker website from morons, supposedly in Africa, telling me that I can get half of the $20 million in XYZ Bank in Nairobi if I will only contact the bank and give them my account number. Who do I report this to so that we can kick these jokers off the website?

You could give a moderator or an administrator the name of the member who sent the email, so we can lock the account and stop any further emails from that individual.
