Can someone go to www.military.com and click on "Discussions" and let me know if their forum is working?

    I can watch netflix with out issues (once in a while it will buffer during a movie playback but pretty rarely). But trying to watch Amazon movies is impossible. It will play for 40 seconds to a minute then buffer again. I have slow high speed but would think if one works the other should too. I can watch utube vids no problem but can't watch C-span video of Bibi's speach.

    Why?
    Is there a setting I can fix on Amazon videos?

    Are you trying to watch on a TV or PC? Are you using a router? If so, try running an Ethernet cable from your router to your TV. If it's an Arris router, that could be your problem. There may be some setup tricks if you have a decent router, your ISP or computer geek might be able to help.

    netflix will lower the quality of the video served to you based on the rate of service at your device that they measure.

    Amazon delivers only one quality (high) and buffers until it can be delivered.

    Both have their benefits, each has its drawbacks.
