Computer Problem, Any Idea's?

For some strange reason unknown to this semi-computer literate user,

When I right click on a website tab for purposes to copy the link for posting purposes, I get a bunch of choices: Reopen closed tab
Close other tabs
Close tabs to the right
Refresh all
Duplicate
Move to new window
Pin

Copy does not come up and Duplicate does not do the same thing as copy!!

Anyone know what I can do to restore my copy feature?

Mine has always worked the way you describe. Try right clicking the address box, not the tab.

click in the white area, see the drop-down menu
select COPY

It has always been that way.

Left-click once on the link itself. It will turn blue. Ctrl-C

Then Ctrl-V to paste.

I have a super master's degree in puter science so I kin hep ya. Turn it off wait two minutes and turn it back on. If this does not work then you need a new puter.[:)]

Some websites are written in the code that will not allow things to be copied.

I've run into it a few times.

Be certain you are in the white line area when right clicking.

If it will not copy it is secured.

I just need to sit in front of a big screen TV running a continuing segment of the old movie "Airplane" with the volume up and blasting,

"The white area is for..........

"The red area is for........[:0][:I]
