A rare find

I actually found several boxes of 9mm, 40 s&w, and 45 acp at 2 different stores today. Just now I realized I should have checked if they had .380 to place on the auction side.

    Just a question...Are you part of the folks monopolizing on the ammo "crisis"? Or did you put this in your personal armory?

    Ps I hail from Houghton Lake, Mi. now in Idaho. I can understand the surprise to find ammo in your state.

    does it matter? Free enterprise is free enterprise. Nobody is forcing people to pay the outrageous price being asked, and people wouldn't ask it if others wer not WILLINGLY paying it.

    Personal use only. Bought the wife a XDM in April and have only been able take her shooting once. Only have found 2 boxes in almost 2 months.

    Good for you! I can imagine Mi. to be pretty tough to find alot of things in right now. How is work going for you?

    I have a lot of friends that are not working right now. It is hard to beat a Made in Michigan Worker!

    I work for a communications company and had a meeting today with the boss today. The company is restructuring or "Right Sizing". We lost 1 of the 12 people I work with. Wife works in the medical field and her company has a hiring freeze and the admin people took a 10% pay cut. Right now, the people with jobs are thankful for them.

    Hang in there, I can be pretty sure you have the work ethic to go anywhere and be a topnotcher if you had to.[8D]

    PS I miss euker...not many if any play or know how to play euker out here.

    Handgun ammo is all but impossible to find here, and people used to think I was crazy or paranoid. It looks better on the rifle ammo at Wally World, but there are none on the shelves of my gun dealer's.

    There is a gun store in NC that has all the ammo you want to buy. If you can scalp ammo they are doing it. They wanted 10.99 for federal 22 lr ammo for a box of 50. Then he got upset when i told him he must be on crack. But on the other side his shelves were full.[:(!][:(!]
