Took 2 Grand Kids On Vacation

My wife had the great idea of taking our 2 boy grand kids on vacation. They are 11 and 4. We took them to Kings Dominion and to the mountains.
In the mountains we took a 4 hour canoe ride down the river. We stopped on a sand bar and let them swim for a couple hours.
The 4 year old can swim great but after 2 underwater strokes he stops and breathes and takes off again. I can not get him to understand you are not suppose to stop and take a break. LOL
They had a ball. Though Now i will stay in bed for a few days to recover.
