I shot the M&P's at the S&W Performance Center in Springfield, MA. Went with a group of 3 other shooters. We all hated the trigger safety on the M&P line.

I just bought the s&w M&P in 40 and love it. Very accurate and with the different size grips, it fits just right.

Its very modular, and it will go bang everytime, fully supported chamber so no K-Booms. Accurate and dependable, great gun for its purpose. I am an armorer for them and whats neat is you can swap out parts very cheaply, instead of paying alot of money to try and fix.

Got the M&P 45 about 6 months ago. I can find no problem with the pistol. It is so dependable that I almost replaced my XD 45 with the M&P as my nightstand gun. The only reason I didn't is because of the 13 rounds the XD holds verus the 10 in the M&P.
