Guns is probably my second hobby, motorcycles first.

Mobility and Protection. Seems like a match made in heaven.

Here is my bike I bought yesterday, loving it already. (I knew I would)

Here's the big Duc holding off traffic leaving a very fast turn.

Also a suitable grocery getter and milage eater if the need comes up- This is camping at a state park outside of the Curcuit of the americas when Moto GP came to the US - April 2016.

Also have a Bonneville- it is a very predictable bike to ride and there's something to be said for that.

This is another one in my stable. '13 Husqvarna TR650 Terra.

I love this bike for the back country. It is also suited to be my bug out bike. Great gas mileage and can be packed like a mule. This next shot is on the way up to Montezuma Pass, near the southern border.

I'm noticing alot of road bikes. Great machines. In Souther AZ, we have so many dirt roads, It would break my heart to take those machines out and about (but I would do it).

They can be a bit of a handful to pick up, and would make me cry if I dumped one. Just works of art. This little Ducati still weighs in about 400lbs, so not in the class of dirt bikes.

So the 9mm vs 45 cal is the question? Obviously as with firearms, your bike suits your riding style. WHY? Tell me more...

I had a Sportster Milwaukee edition, in the Harley racing orange and black. It was a nice looking bike. I may dig up some photo's of that. The bikes and cars that have passed through my hands over the years, OMG, I'd be stinking rich if I had them all again.

My '98 Tigger is considered a dual-sport bike, but I don't have the tires for off-roading.

I rode Cruisers for years. After my back was injured, the sitting position (basically riding on your tailbone....) of cruisers really irritated my spine. After 15 minutes of riding my back would feel like someone was stabbing me with a knife. Buddy of mine suggested giving his Tiger a try, and I never looked back. My Tiger is the most comfortable bike I have ever rode in over 30 years on two wheels.

The Trophy - Well I picked that up on an overnight trip to Mt Rushmore. Local bike reseller had it priced WAY below value. I bought it with the intent to make a profit on the resale, but I just can't part with it. It is a ROCKET.

Those things are dangerous and I would never own one. Same with guns, too dangerous.

Disclaimer: Only the truck was mine, rest belongs to a collector friend. I'm not sure, but I think the gun on the bike may have been functional. Rumor has it...

I was in a past life. I still like them. A lot. Just haven't had a bike in years.
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain

I was out riding today and thought about you hunters. A pair of doe's which are actually quite good sized from what I have been seeing of the deer in AZ. About 50 yards and let me stop and take a picture, honk the horn etc, until I almost ran them over. then they busted into the scrub, maybe 100ft and paced me for awhile, then stopped.
