Wills & POA's - best online source

I have permission from my mother and step father to become their POA's and I also want to help Mom make out a will and also a living will. I intend to make the POA's durable. She is 88 and in a nursing home at present. They already have their funerals and burials taken care of.

Does anyone have a recommendation for online legal drafts that you can customize to your situation and print out?

Legalzoom here too. I made up my will online and had it notorized and witnessed by two friends. My lawyer said I was good to go. Just google, free wills

For the paper way to do them, NOLO Press used to be the best. Maybe they are on-line these days...

I used them to do My Own Divorce - cost me all of $35.00, plus filing fees.
