Has anyone heard about Richard Venola?

I was reading my issue of Shooting Times, when I saw the words "I hope Richard Venola is aquitted". I hadn't heard anything about it, so I did a little research. It seems he has been charged with 2nd degree murder in the shooting death of James Patrick O'Neil around May 4th of this year. In case you don't recognize the name, he was the editor of Guns& Ammo magazine.
