that he, as potus, is bound by the law in a nation of laws. [:0]
SO he knows he is not above the law...[;)]
His ability to use the ignorance defense just went out the window. Indict him NOW [;)]

Regardless of what he says; he'll just act like he never said it when deemed necessary.

    Were his lips moving [?]

And he cites the US Constitution, but he doesnt follow the Constitution as he violates it on a daily basis.

Isn't the Constitution the base for our nation's laws? How can he hold himself accountible of law when he violates the Constitution everyday???[:(!][:(!]

Don't get me wrong, as I am not defending him. But, all you mentioned there is hearsay, rumor, and nonsense. I could say the same thing about Cheney and Halliburton's no bid contracts (which is indisputable). Without facts and evidence it just makes you sound bitter, crazy and does nothing to move America forward which should be the goal for all right now.

Obama is certainly no worse so far then any of the other idiots we have had as President including Reagan the great middle class killer.
Why don't we go to school and work on the weekends and take the week off!

Old toast- from the days of the Jacobites (not you, Jacob)

    "God bless the King-
    the faith's true defender.
God bless (no harm in blessing)
    the Pretender.

    But who the Pretender-
    and who the King?
    Ah- THAT, me darling,
    is quite ANOTHER thing!"

Taxation without Representation would be a good start.

Took billions of dollars that we tax payers must pay for and handed it over to failing companies to do with as they please..

What say did the American people have in the way that money was to be used and for what?

Really? Sure it wasn't Bush that started it, and Congress approving it. As far as your "Taxation without..." claim goes, unless your state lacks congressmen and senators, you don't really understand US government, do you?
