Wasabi Salt.

It's basically wasabi powder and salt. I saw a Japanese dude who fishes on youtube used some on his deep fried fish. So monkey see monkey do I picked up some of this stuff when I saw it a while ago and it just sat. I'd use some on Mexican pickled pigs feet.

I picked up some Keta salmon since King salmon's in the crazy * prices. So I salted some and stuck the salmon in the toaster oven to cook. I used the salmon for "Ochazuke". Basically hot green tea over rice and bits of fish with a bit of Japanese style pickles. And yes I put some Umeboshi with the ochazuke. I remembered pre-packaged ochazuke helper that had wasabi. So I tried it with my home made ochazuke.

Since I didn't salt it enough initially I put some of that Wasabi Salt on it was like the pre-packaged stuff. So since I got like another 6 pounds of Keta salmon left I know where that Wasabi salt is going.
