i volunteer to be a moderator for the mods.
this forum software allows for a "super moderator"
just what we need to keep things on a level playing surface.
who here supports a moderator for the moderators?
who would want me to do it?
[:D]

i dont think we need a mod di tutti mods here; but the commisar ranks need to be rotated. some of the annointed ones have let it go to their heads and need to be taken down a peg.

in a perfect world, mods could be elected by popular vote; but its been made abundantly clear that the bosses here dont care what us peons think. hence why we have jackbooted moderators...

Oh, and you probably noticed ECC's parting shot on that thread even though nunn said there wasn't a need for such! How would you handle ECC's infraction as the Super Mod [?]

If appointed as our leader please don't forget about the staff in the "other forums" who slave away answering technical questions while the high profile mods of the General Discussion forum rake in the big bucks just for locking and poofing.[;)]

well, as far as free healthcare, ANY member of this site gets free healthcare at my clinic. sorry, no house calls.
as far as the mods on the "technical" forums, the knowledge and low profile are greatly appreciated.

i was in the same place for awhile. then my wife left me, took the house and the kids and 1/2 of everything else. apparently, the courts don't look favorably on alcoholics. she claimed mental anguish and the damage i was doing to my children's development.
if you're thinking you need to cut back, you probably do. if anyone has asked you to cut back, you probably should.
if you want to talk, email me. i'm not judgmental.
    good luck
