I like it as well, was over by my brothers house last weekend and they had a bunch served up for appetizers. Got me a plate full and when I ate it, it had no taste what so ever.[:(][:(]

Enjoy it while you can, Listeria symptoms can take several weeks to manifest.

I consider it a blessing in disguise that I don't like cantalope.

    Yet more scare crap.......

Remember the "tomatoes will kill you hysteria" a few years ago?

Know where they shipped all those tomatoes? To Central and South America!! The people there are smart enough to WASH THEIR FOOD BEFORE EATING IT!

Americans are idiots about some stuff.

    Hysteria over Listeria?

Actually, if the pathogen is skin-oriented, then peel the darn thing.

Sidenote: Most don't even know the proper aseptic technique, and will probably contract/injest the pathogen anyways.

C'est la vie! I just knew that I was going to die, by having been born!

Right...and how many sanitize their counter tops and anything else that tomato touched before they ate it?

Hands before they touched an eye, nose or mouth?

    Door handle on the car?

    Car keys?

    House door knob?
