In your hobbies, marriage, sports or whatever

This is one of mine.
The girl in the painting was the number 1 shooter at that time and out shot me in International Shooting 95% of the time

Hello Wallie That looks more like a Bulls-Eye pistol box for NRA type matches. Did she shoot at Camp Perry anytime between 1972-2005. Cant see her face too clearly but her Shoes and Hair looks early. The man looks like person that ran the Mayleigh Cup team for many years.

    EDIT

I bought a Sako Pistol "TRI ACE" from a Canadian LEO back in the late 1970's or 1980's went to Perry every year from 1972-2005. our paths might have crossed . I always wore a long sleeve shirt very skinny and 6'1'

Yeah - Back when I was 26, my GF's Gf's Mom was a Portrait Painter of minor Note, and she painted my Portrait as a Gift. It was when I was at my Physical Peak, and reminds me daily how I have, uh, "Grown".

Wife had some "bedroom" photos taken for me when she was very pregnant with our youngest daughter.

We sent one off to photowow in California, and had a big print that looks like an oil painting made.

Sorry, can't post it here, though.

There are no international guns shown in the photo

She never shot at Camp Perry or in the US in competition.
The man is me and I never ran the Mayleigh Cup team
She is recovering from surgery to her shooting arm and came to Camp Perry with me to coach me.
We practice together international rapid fire and I beat her every time with her shooting with her other hand. That's were the 5% comes in.
The picture was taken in Canada and given to an artist that painted it from the photo.

Same girl only 5 years earlier
She is the one that sent me the book of how some European shooters trained to release a shot.

At the US Nationals, 50 yds. slow fire, 10 shots in 10 min or something like that?
I use to shoot 50 yds slow fire like time fire, 5 shots in 20 sec. way back when people thought I was crazy.
Now there are a lot of crazy people doing it.

I used this European method with very good results.
And have posted it on here before. So here it is again

I dont have any paintings of anyone, however I will inherit an oil painting of my grandmother. She was a beautiful lady, killed at age 36 by a drunk driver.
