Cold Day At Work...

It is NOT fun having your hands in that cold water all day! Even with neoprene gloves it was pretty miserable.

Managed to get 343 sq. ft. of tile on the floors even with the crummy weather outside!

    Yep- Early 1980's in the semiconductor industry for me Cutting tons of K-28 fire brick for LPCVD/APCVD/SMD conveyer Furnaces as a mechanical assembler/welder.

    It was so cold monday that I put all my guys indoors to work. It hard working with sheet metal in the cold.

    It's about low 30's right now in the deep dark woods of Carmel Valley. Strangely no frost. I reckon it's dry but damn cold.

    been there and done that. rubber apron to keep the spray off you and rubber boots to keep your feet dry.
    only i was cutting 8" and 10" blocks[:(]

    I can't claim credit for that, but it does look pretty good. I'm working inside putting 18"x18" floor tile down. 357 feet to go to finish this job then across town for 3200 feet on another job. We got 8 more inches of snow last night so just getting around town could be a chore!

    Actually it was so cold the side walks had ice on it. I was on my right side before I realized it was ice [:D]. Being 6'3" I thought it would take longer to get on the ground. Hell I didn't even feel my feet go. I was flopping like a fish wondering how'd I got here.
