Since Wednesday afternoon I been all over this State it seems, picking up vehicles.

I really like the Hill Country area where I live, but when I go East and see more green, more ponds full of water, and don't tell my wife I said this, but I do like the Pine Trees more and more. (She likes Pines, and I,ve been tellin her for years that these old Oaks in the Hill Country have WAY more character than those "toothpick" Pines.)

That red sandy soil grows a good garden, and is a whole lot easier to work than this Black Gumbo.

It's good to be back home.
