What a mess. I am very glad that I am not a fireman. I do have very much respect for those that are fighting those fire.

a smaller fire has erupted on Wild Horse Island at Flathead Lake. firefighting resources are very stretched right now until out of state crews can be mobilised.

I was there last September and it was still beautiful. I took this picture on the Going to the Sun Road.

The Going to the sun road fire has doubled in size just today with the high winds. its now over 4000acres
