Source of that nearly destroyed B17 pic?

Not sure where he got it, but a friend sent me this pic of that B17 we were discussing last week. You guys remember, the one that was almost cut in half with the midair collision with the German fighter. Supposedly this is the pic shot from the fighter escort just before the B17 landed. What great history. I'd love to own that letter and picture. I'd put it in a veteran's or air museum. One very cool souvenir photograph.
