Oh Yeh, he distracted himself by drawing a second gun and that's when the clerk cancelled his birth certificate.
"End" - 10:48:55
Elapsed time = 7 seconds
Still time to sweep up the broken glass and get lunch.
I wonder if he has been robbed before.
the other worker gives beard a heads up
the column gives him an extra second
and the third is he didnt even hesitate, that was the tipping factor
Ros
He is a good boy now, a organ donor if they can get to him before the body gets too cold. [^][^][^][^][^]
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
... he didnt even hesitate, ...
Ros

Agreed.
and many here argue that carrying 5-6 rounds is enough, there could have been a third guy and he had 2 rounds left
needs to happen a lot more...saves the taxpayers a ton of money for lawyers trying to blame the victim
+1
I thought the 1st round hit the perp. Could concussion have broken the glass?
I just can't see it well enough. Did the perp get a shot off and hit the glass just after being hit?
I wonder if he was aiming for the head, or if he was lucky.
Yes he moved immediately to shoot the bad guy with no hesitation, that guy is a warrior.
"I know this is gonna sound crazy, but my brother, being a retired New York City detective homicide and narcotics, 24 years on the job with six shootouts under his belt, Did a little detective work :-) and spoke to the shop owner this evening, at his shop.Gun used was a Colt lightweight commander, ammo used was federal HST 230 gr.
