I have one question to ask? If the troops go undercover to see if they raise suspicion to the locals then how is this tactic imported to overseas duty action?

Do they plan to invade Britain anytime soon? No this training is for domestic use only in my opinion of course![:D] This is obvious!

Dell City, 86 miles east of El Paso, is among more than a dozen Texas cities scheduled to take part in Operation Jade Helm, a covert military exercise intended, in part, to test citizen's ability to spot suspicious activity in their town.

"test citizen's ability to spot suspicious activity in their town."

    WAIT JUST ONE MINUTE!!

They gonna have troops dressed NOT in uniforms do suspicious operations
    in small Texas towns??

How are they gonna "spin" the facts when a good, gun carrying Texan,
SHOOTS some body acting strange around his house with his wife and 2 baby girls inside????
