Once you've had black, you can never go back.
Or so I've heard.
Google is my fren. That coyote brown would look good.
Will this be worn primarily on a pistol or duty belt? What color is that rig? Brown on a black rig, or black on a brown rig would look funky. When I bought the tan Galco rig for my Dan Wesson they didn't have a double speed loader slide to match. The Aker slide I wound up with was a much darker russet brown and looked like crap on that belt.
Have them add a loop to the sheath for a firesteel.

If the only difference is color, then it's personal preference with no useful arguments either way. The color isn't going to change the functionality, so pick the color you like better and call it a day.
If he does that he doesn't get to show off the knife. I would go with grey to match the grip and your eyes.[;)]
In an hour or two, you can make your own sheath to your liking with tools that almost everyone has at home.
If you google "How to Make a Kydex Knife Sheath", there are various videos showing how it's done and where to order Kydex and rivets on line or, rivets are for sale at most all craft shops like Hobby Lobby or leather supply shops.
I'd probably go with coyote.

OK.....so I must say the guys at redhill sheaths know there stuff. Outstanding quality and craftsmanship! It came with a tops firesteel and has a molded in drain hole at the blade tip.....when the knife is in there it is secure! I highly recommend them. As far as the knife goes, I think busse knives have a reputation that already speaks for themselves. I put my swiss army recruit in there for size comparison.

Fixed that for you.
