Government's job is to make an even playing field so everyone has the same shot at achieving their American Dream limited only by their own initiative and ability.
No-one should inherit more than 5 million dollars. If you can't make it on that you need to be shot anyway. If you have more than 5 mil to leave then spread it around or give it to the government to defer taxes on the living.
Heavy industry owners and the upper management should have to live within a half mile of the plant and spend one shift a month on the floor working along side the waged employees. You could then pretty much shut down the EPA and Osha.
People that are against hunting should have to work in a slaughter house for a summer and learn where their meat comes from.
Vegetarians should have to explain their position to a hungry Grizzly bear before we have to listen to them.
Laws are for those who weren't brought up right.
A man can always use another good knife.

I had to read a book for my firearms research. Teahcer wanted a short overview of it. (ive been told i get passionate)

Landau, E. (1991). America's Arsenal. In Armed America (pp. 1-17). Prentice Hall Bldg., Englewood
    Cliffs NJ 07632: Julian Messer.
Armed America by Elaine Landau is the anti-gunners book. This book is so clearly opinionated,
its screams at you. The title of the book and the overview of the book on the back make it
out to seem as if it examines the argument over guns in a nonbiased way. This chapter of the
book was filled with numerous mistakes and extreme prejudice towards gun owners and firearms
in general. One glaring mistake the author made was that semiautomatic machine guns are legal
for anyone to buy. Tell me this; a machine gun is a weapon that continually fires until
pressure is released, a semiautomatic on the other hand only fires with each pull of the
trigger. How can you have a fully automatic semiautomatic weapon? This is just more anti-gun
rhetoric. Next, the rifles that the author refers to as "assault rifles" are not much
mechanically different that a small "plinking" .22. Rhetoric such as this only instills fear
in the hearts of those who are ignorant against firearms. The author goes on to say that
these weapons can make a cinder block wall look like Swiss cheese. I ask the author, has she
ever seen a Sar-1 (civilian version of the ak47, in fact all ak47s in peoples hands are
Sar-1s) fire into a cinder block wall? I have, and the wall resembles nothing like Swiss
cheese. The sar-1 shoots a 7.62x39 round. This may startle you but it is smaller that most
pistol rounds and many popular hunting rounds. In conclusion this book is extremely one sided
and is horribly edited. I have never heard of a semiautomatic machine gun. What poppy cock.

I have posted this thread before, But fill it would be appropriate to post again.
You know what the problem is. Everybody wants change. But if they have to do anything to obtain it, then they say its to much trouble, I don't want to get involved, I can't afford to help, I can't make my bills if I lay off, if I take arms then I might die.

You know, that's why we are losing all our rights, and the rich get richer. This is why our nation isn't what it was for our fathers and forefathers. It just didn't happen, and is happening just because that's the way it is. It happened, and is happening because we let, and are letting it happen to us.

Our fathers and forefathers would be ashamed of us if they knew that we are letting this happen to this country with out putting up a fight. If I didn't try with my every breath to make this country, our home, a better place to live in for my kids, grand kids, and so on. Then... well lets just say even though I'm an old man, but my father would whip my to an inch of my life with a willow switch!.. And you know what. If he would say to me, its o.k. son, let someone else burden the responsibility of making this world a better place for your kids and just sit idly by and do nothing. Well I'd whip him with a willow switch,

Our fathers and forefathers fought and died for a better life for us, for our freedom, for a chance to make a better life for ourselves, and obtain the American dream. And for what, so we can do nothing to preserve it? I say no. I say this is a disgrace. Not only to us, but to our wives, our children, and most of all to our forefathers that sacrificed so much to leave it a better place than before they received it from their forefathers.

It took our forefathers over, i repeat over two hundred years to give us this nation the way it is, and it only took us some 40 years to destroy that way of life they sacrificed so much for.

This nation is in a state of decay, and it won't stop until we stop it. And to stop it we have to start getting off our dead a$$es and get involved! I know that I am in the minority that feels this way. And please don't insult me by saying that I'm not. The state of this country is proof positive that me and like minded people are the minority. Or it would be as good as it once was.

Were we could afford a stay at home parent, Have all the rights that were given to us. Sorry to all that i have ranted. this is only my opinion, and anymore a mans opinion doesn't mean a thing like it use to before our way of life deteriorated.

I'm sit here debating if I should post this. And if I do, I want everybody here to know that I feel most of you here are in this minority that I speak of. I know things won't change. But i won't stop trying to make a difference

Trump will have very little to no support from either of the major parties, nor from the major media.

The Media lies will continue, and the progress made to distroy the republic will not be easily haulted. Trump will need our support. We need to continue our efforts to tske back america from the evil that has swept into our government these past decades. That is not just federal but state governments as well. Even county and city boards are contaminated by socialists , and public education is a field of propaganda against the republic.

We all have a lot of work to do.

    Agreed, TooBig.

He is behaving like a spurned child, and it is all the more rich when it was he who stated 'Elections have consequences'.
Freedom and a submissive populace cannot co-exist.

Hell I noticed that the first time I heard the man open his narcissistic mouth and read a teleprompter. Of course I couldn't stand to listen to him for the past eight years so I can deduce he has only gotten much worse.

No more so now than ever, is it?[?]
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain
