I?m gonna save you some blood and a dollar

If you shave with a blade, I can save you a dollar and some blood. My wife bought me some shaving soap. It appears the name brand is "Shave Cream", or at least that's the only name on the can. The can doesn't say where it was made (China), just where it was imported. It's the next best thing to a dry shave. There might be somebody somewhere who can make a lather out of it, but I ain't that somebody.

I asked the wife where she got it. She said she doesn't know, but it might have been The Dollar Tree. She knows damn well it came from The Dollar Tree.

I told her some of their stuff is as good as anybody's so it was worth the gamble, but next time she gambles on something like that, just get one so when I toss it in the poopcan I'm only out a dollar.
The road to hell is paved with COMPROMISE.

I shave very little, mainly my neck. I use the Dial hand soap that comes in those little dispensers. Works great, far better than shaving cream. My straight razor glides over that soap and gives me the closest shave ever.

I have given my wife strict orders to not shop at those Dollar Stores. 99% junk from China.

I've never learned how to shave with a straight blade, and no barbers do it anymore (too expensive for insurance).[:(]

Not all that hard, just do not cough when you are shaving your neck. A female barber taught me how to use a straight razor. She could lather up a balloon and shave it without bursting the balloon. She taught me a few other things but since we have women and children on here I will reframe from posting those.

I've figured out how to make a disposable blade last indefinitely.

After each shave, strop your razor on a piece of denim. It dries the blade and keeps it sharp.

I've been using the same blade for like six months, and it's still sharp.

I do use expensive Gillette shaving gel with aloe and stuff in it.

Yes, but you can get about 10 or 15 dollars worth of those cheap shave cream containers, and set them up and let the kids shoot them with a 22lr. They have a blast with it watching them explode when they are hit.

That's a righteous discount for six rolls, but I don't like colored toilet paper, especially red and black. With red you can't tell when your roids are bleeding and with black you can't tell when it comes up clean. I guess I'll just stay with whatever it is we're using now.

Yeah, the very idea of designer toilet paper just strikes me as one of those "most ridiculous things ever"!
