Sourwood or Clover??

I have always liked Sourwood honey, but I'm half way through a jar of Clover that is delicious. May have to go back for more...[:D]

got 2 hives that had over 75 pounds of honey in the fall. Hopefully this spring there'll be enough to take.....

I'm putting 2 more hives out next month, hopefully they'll do as well as the first two.

I use to remember locals putting part of the honeycomb in the jar. But it seems they dont do that anymore. Wonder why??
