    When circumstances allow ALWAYS get a warrant. Verbal/written consent is the weakest form of permission and the argument made down the road is often that the individual felt pressure, real or imagined, to grant that consent. Why risk a challenge to the search? They have the computers, there is no chance of evidence being tampered with/destroyed, time/circumstances allow, apply for the damn warrant. Shortcuts that don't need to be taken always end up biting one in the hind parts. Do it once, do it right.

    He is going to rat out his ex wife and hitllary to save his own *. He underestimates the klinton crime family though, he will end up committing suicide, three shots to the back of the head no doubt. Better yet a murder / suicide, both he and his ex huma get three gunshots to the back of the head.
