New Guy In the Hunting Shack

Due to the passing of one of it's members the guys decided to take in a replacement for their annual deer hunt.
They talked it over among themselves and one asked where they were going to bunk him.
Another suggested they put him in the room with Joe, as Joe always snored so bad nobody could sleep around him.
When the time came they all drove to the hunting cabin and unpacked their gear , getting ready for the early morning hunt by hitting the beds early. All giving themselves a little prideful grin for the trick they were playing on the Rookie.
Well, morning came and all were up and at the table except Joe and the Rookie.
In short order the door to Joe and the new guys sleeping room came flying open and out come the rookie looking all refreshed and ready to go. Puzzled, they had to ask the rookie if he got a good nights rest. His answer was even more puzzling as he stated he slept like a baby.
Well the next question was obvious, and they asked him how he could sleep with Joe snoring in the room.
Oh he said, that was no problem. When he started to snore I walked over to his bunk . I patted him on the rear end and kissed him on the cheek -- he stayed awake all night watching me !!
