How much do you spend on fireworks?

We just drove to WV and spent $260. We'll have a pretty good show. I know a couple of folks who spent $800-$1000.
I could buy a nice gun for that kind of money.
The good ones are still banned in Virginia but out Sheriff said he's not hassling anyone on their own property.

when the kids were young I would guess 400.00 was a average
and that was crazy the prices just kept going higher and kids older so we stopped
but my brother goes all out and spends over a thousand every year my boys seem to enjoy the fireworks with him [8D]
Mortars and a show. It?s a blast
0 get to see a free show every night at work

After a friend's bird shed burned down, killing MANY exotic pheasants. Then having another friend's house burn down. Both fires started by kids in the neighborhood shooting off fireworks. I leave it up to the professionals to do what they do best.

Great fun ,but the kids grew up, we got old, all that noise harshes my beer mellow, and clean up the next day sucks.
No more.
