may not be such a bad thing to suggest. A new study cites the benefits of activities like tree climbing on working memory.

Kind of reminds me of when I was a hay seed in Central Virginia. We kids would find the tallest skinny hickory around and climb to the tip top hold on with both hands and jump out for a great ride back to mother earth.Once in a while we would under estimate strength of hickory and it was a long drop to the ground.Just don't get in the way of that hickory when it trys to stand erect again! Can't imagine if that hickory had broke half way down. How the heck did I live to be 72.

When I was a kid we used to love to climb to the top of young spruce trees and sling our bodies out and ride the tree down to the ground. When you turned loose it would fly back up straight to where it was. You didn't want to try that with a regular pine tree or you'd find you're self headed to the ground at a fast rate of speed with just the top of the tree in your hands! [:D]
