ever forgot you had a particular gun?

I let some friends talk me out of a some .357 revolvers over the last few months and was getting ready to sell off some .357 rounds i had left. while in the safe i thought i'd wipe down all the handguns. found a stainless python i had forgotten about! nice surprise!!
i bought these 4 guns together, took the pic and put 'em away. i've had the other 3 out multiple times. just forgot about the snake![B)]

Never forgot I had one, but when I had over 50 of them I lost one in my cabinets for a couple days.

Not as nice of a find as yours,have been wanting a smith 25 in 45 colt.Was un boxing my guns to put them in my new safe the other day,guess what I found.Smith 25 4in,man I hate getting old,do remember buying it now.

Well, it wasn't a Nickel Python but during a cleanout/rearranging session, I found a NIB Rem 870.

Every couple years I come across a S&W 22 revolver that I forget about. I take it out and shoot up a beer can with it, clean it up, and put it away for 2 more years.

I have forgotten about guns I owned until I ran across them buried in the stack.
I don't think I could ever forget that I owned a Python though!!

Yup, all the time but how can you forget that Colt Woodsman?
I'd chuck those grips for original Woodsman type that let the pistol nest in the palm like John Browning intended.

I forgot I had a couple for couple of years. The GSG AK and the MP5. I picked them up a little before they were going to stop making the MP5 for copy right infringement. Still new in the box but now I know I have them [:D].

I know I have an Italian Inox Beretta 92 essentially new in the box. I remember taking the sleeve off the case so it wouldn't get wrecked.
I went looking for it the other day and I cannot find it. I keep thinking I traded it for that fancy SIG but then I cannot completly put that memory together in my head. Still, I store all the sleeves seperatly and it is gone too so I did something with it.

By the way, if you feel like parting with the PP, let me know, could ya?
