My son and my daughter in-law have skimped, and saved to secure a trip to Disney.
They have it all paid for and reserved. They are going to Florida Disney in 18 days for two weeks. They got a condo rented.
The four kids have no clue this is coming. They are going to surprise them about three hours before they leave. I'm so excited for all of them.

Good for your son and DIL in planning the trip and making it happen!!!!! [:)]
If you can't feel the music; it's only pink noise!
Savage170 works at Barnstormer which is a kiddie roller coaster in the magic kingdom. He is a master at hiding away from guests so they probably would never get to see him working either. I have met many from this forum for breakfast at "The Wilderness Lodge " and savage170 has joined us when he can.

Unfortunately, we never made it to Disneyworld.
We let kids of all ages come play. Your never to old. Our oldest cast member is 94 and works as a greeter at Epcot.

We're certainly closer now that we live in East Texas than when we lived in Southern California! [:D]

Then they saw Chip and Dale walking through the campground... [8D] We've been back several times since then.

You are more than welcome to come and stay with us Anytime. We have lots of room and I would love to talk guns with you for a few hours. There is several members in this area that I'm sure would like to meet you also.
I work in the tunnel under the castle so I would not be able to see them on the job but meeting them for coffee some morning would be great.

That would be way cool, and I would feel better if they had contact info of a local. I'll run it by him.

10-4. But I have to ask, Is he the type of guy that likes regular or synthetic oil......[:D]
Joe, You and Denise ought to go with them. Nothing like the Magic of Disney. You two would love it.[;)][^]
+1
My 13yr old was there once when she was 7. My 9yr old, he really doesn't care to go.
After looking at the price of tickets, there is no way I would spend that kind of money.
Being Florida residents, they have specials for us but it would still cost $500+ to just get in the gate.
Last time I was there is cost me $85 to get in the gate as a Florida resident.
Sorry didn't mean to be a downer.

Stole that from Ric Flair. [;)]
The mrs won an all expenses paid trip three years ago. It was awesome!
We only paid for the upgrade to the interior room at the safari hotel. And food.
I've been several times as a kid and adult. Got to say, the magic is back. Although there was a stretch where it wasn't much to the experience.
