I can't decide

I need your help in deciding which crossbow to get. I would have posted it in the archery forum's but nobody goes there. I have narrowed it down to Ten Point and Excalibur. The price is about the same on the models I'm looking at. They both are around 1000.00 and change. The Excalibur is 405 fps and the Ten Point is 385 fps. The Excalibur is noisier when shot because of the string setup. Can anybody help me with your knowledge about them as to any bad points or anything else I should be thinking about.

On a 1911, or this http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=162533521 If I get a 1911 it will probably be one of the cheeper ones and not $700 worth. The reason I want the rifle is to shoot in a Quigley match in Montana. I think it would be alot of fun to shoot in this match, and the rifle seems like a pretty nice shooter. But I hace wanted a 1911 for a long time. What do you guys think?

I can head out to the shed and cast another 20-30 pounds of pistol bullets or head down to the loading room to size some 223 brass.

These complex heady decisions are going to cause me grey hair....
