    the fact that it was even proposed is too much. i believe the CA state senate passed it but arnold veto'ed the bill.

    It's almost like they are trying to convince us Californians that the politicians are screwed up. We know! My county is very conservative, but unfortunately, my county doesn't rule the whole state. We get it, there are idiots here! Stop acting like one of them and linking old news! (not meant at you WPA)
