70 would be unable to read
50 would suffer from malnutrition
1 would be near death

Is Cadillac the Rolls Royce of cars or is Rolls Royce the Cadillac of cars?
Only the inexperienced maintain the fantasy that there is such a thing as a "quality" car. Expensive?, yes. Useful?, maybe. Quality? not so much.
Expensive price only means expensive maintenance.
