I can see the good. The federal govt. will pay this town to keep these terrorist in prison. That would create local jobs and revenue which would turn increase revenue at local businesses.
However, if there was an escape, while the terrorist would stickout like a sore thumb in Montana, you have to wonder the damage that could be caused.

Our family farm is 14 miles North of Hardin. There are not enough people in Custer Montana to defend it from the Canadian mounted moose patrol. If the Jihadists wanted to make a statement they could free their people from that prison with nothing but a few hardcore followers with some light armaments.
