Wackymarts within 50 miles of me do not even show .22s on line any more when I look up to see what is in stock. I have not seen any on the shelf in almost 2 years. I know they have had some, but it's very little, and I always get there too late.

I never figured out how much a round, but I have been paying 13 dollars a brick of 500 of CCI, from my dealer friend. Oakie

I really like the american eagle he has been getting me. The bricks are 400 rounds for the same as the CCI, but I like it better then the CCI. It is way more accurate out of my Ruger 10/22's and my Browning BL22. I really need standard velocity for my S&W model 41, but it is impossible to find here. I have a few bricks left from last year, but need to find some for next years pistol league. The high velocity tends to stove pipe, every couple of rounds. These are timed events and I cannot have failure to feed issues. Oakie

he might as well give them to you as 13 bucks for 500 come out 2.6 cents a rd[:0]unheard of at that price unless you were buying them in 1985quote:Originally posted by Oakie

We were paying less than that just prior to November 2008. Hell, in 2007 i ordered 3000 rounds of .380 JHP for a little over$200.

The sellers of 22 LR are just keeling us, don't cha know. Just letting the prices go up, up, and away.[:D] (I'll wait for the lecture now).
