I literally pulled the "Pluck/Pick" foam inserts in favor of gun specific foam inserts.
What cha'think?
Whoa... What's that? A 'second' layer of pistols? [:D]
I'm going to order a few more inserts for 'other' pistols... too.

However... I think I can design an insert that allows up to 8 or 10 in one case. Maybe more.
(Note the one round in the 'thumb' hole of the mag insert assigned to the P938 mag.
They'll be unloaded before I board.
I'll buy ammo when I arrive.
[:D]
Just kidding.
You can fly with ammo as long as its in the container it came in or an approved container.
Where are you going Syria?

Got a separate lockable case for ammo... If I want to carry.
nice and I agree go with the foam cut to fit the gun
makes it easy for the baggage people to get more than one at a time [:D]

That is the one single issue I have with flying and carrying guns "OUT OF MY CONTROL".
The question I have... "Do you get a signed document of what has been 'surrendered' to the airline?"
They do a really good job.
I use these guys to cut my foam. https://www.mycasebuilder.com/

Yep... Same guys that did mine.

I know... But what's a guy to do for a throw down gun?

Exactly what I was thinking.
9 in one easy to walk away with case?? No thanks.
Anyway. Nice case, and cutouts.

The locked case follows the airline regs.
I plan to embed it in another "dumb lookin' bag" to ward off any treasure seekers.
The only personnel that will know any different would be the xray tech and the TSA.
