My piece of the 1957 Braves Yankees NL Pennant

My brother and I went to the 57 Braves Yankees Series. I was 15.
During that game with players like Mantle, Berra, Spahn and Aaron, a quick thunderstorm came across Milwaukee County Stadium. It halted the game for a while. I recall watching the grounds crew work the tarps. The National League Pennant got soaked and drooped straight down. Then a quick wind gale blew thru and lifted the wet pennant, whipping it back and forth. I'd guess it was 20 feet long.
I saw a hanky sized chunk rip off and drop into the car lot. I told my Brother that I wanted it.
Naturally, I ID'd its settling location by a number on a parking lot light pole.
Quickly at the end I rushed out to the parking lot. It took maybe two minutes for me to spot it. I really expected somebody else to be competing for the find.
Today I have the Pennant, the tickets, and the game scorecard book my Brother so carefully tabulated.
